Messaging Architecture at Moment of Change
event branding, presentation
A global company was being renamed and repositioned, first to its own people. The message had to be held, moved through the room and settled into the organization.
The split was done. Alcoa had divided: the upstream business kept the name, and the downstream business was becoming Arconic. Yet, a new logo and strategy meant nothing if leadership couldn’t hold the room.
The work started with the structure. The executive deck was rebuilt to anchor focus and carry momentum without losing control. Messaging was sharpened. Visual tone was set.
Two films shaped the arc. The first opened the conference, designed to meet employees where they were: fatigued, uncertain, still processing the corporate identity fracture. The second gave a form to new brand — Arconic.
