Financial services GTM outbound

print, digital

The branding agency's New York office had a substantial body of financial services work developed across multiple client engagements. That experience was credible, yet distributed across individual case studies and formats that limited its usefulness in early-stage outreach.

The business need was to consolidate it into a single executive-facing narrative that could travel across outreach channels without additional explanation. The piece was intended for print and digital formats to support repeated use across outbound email, in-person meetings, conference follow-ups and sales conversations.

The work centered on reframing existing client outcomes into a usable GTM artifact rather than developing new client narratives. Flagship case studies were selected to reflect priorities common among senior financial leaders. Narrative flow was designed for fast reading with visual hierarchy guiding attention and reinforcing clarity. Dispersed proof points were consolidated into a single executive-facing narrative that could be deployed consistently across teams.

This project was developed as a growth asset for Landor’s Financial Services practice, built to support first-touch outreach to Fortune 500 CEOs and CMOs. The booklet was used across prospecting and follow-up contexts and circulated widely within business development. Its structure allowed it to stand on its own, reducing reliance on materials at early stages of conversation and supporting repeatable use.

The booklet served as the first touchpoint in securing 3 major financial client wins and was reused extensively by business development teams. Its effectiveness led to the creation of similar vertical assets for airlines, hospitality and pharma, extending Landor’s broader growth and GTM toolkit.
