FAANG Fiber Internet Deployment Manual
A tiered activation program for a Google fiber internet rollout included the MDU Manned Kit, an event station in apartment building lobbies and public areas run by 1–2 brand ambassadors to drive resident sign-ups. The kit was built for mobility and fast setup, while holding consistent brand presentation across tiers.
The deliverable was a field training manual that turned a portable MDU activation setup into a repeatable, teachable workflow for local teams. It was built to remove interpretation from setup and strike, so the station could be deployed consistently across locations.
The manual is structured as a complete runbook with purpose-shot photography, covering the full sequence from prep through breakdown. It includes explicit staging guidance and setup sequencing so teams can execute without prior kit knowledge.
The manual is written for real-world conditions and error prevention. It bakes in safety handling, transport guidance, and component protection so repeated deployments do not degrade into rework, damage, or unsafe shortcuts.
A repeatable field workflow reduced setup errors and replacement cost, supported safer execution and keeps the on-site experience consistent for residents and instalation teams.
