Executive Offsite Environment Design
branding, event branding, presentation, print
This project transformed a standard consulting setup into a decision-driven executive environment. The objective was alignment and commitment around the Consumer Data Program, culminating in funding approval. The room was designed to move senior leaders from passive intake to active decision-making.
The original space was arranged as a classroom, optimized for presentation, not collaboration. That format was dismantled. Seating was reconfigured into table groups to support discussion, note-taking and shared problem-solving. Wall surfaces became the primary storytelling medium, replacing linear decks with a spatial narrative leaders could absorb at their own pace.
The content architecture was built from the ground up. Consulting inputs were edited and translated into executive-level storytelling: clear hierarchy, decisive language and a progression that connected consumer insight to capability gaps, operating model shifts and financial implication. Wall graphics, diagrams, and sequencing were designed to guide the room from context to consequence, with a single focal point reinforcing the investment case.
All copy, narrative frameworks and visual systems were authored and directed end-to-end. Consulting materials were redesigned to align with the room logic, ensuring consistency between what leaders saw on the walls and what they discussed at the table. On-site direction ensured the physical setup reinforced the intended flow.
